Jeffrey Gardner (he/him) is the Office Administrator at Darby Integrative Counseling, where he helps keep the practice running smoothly and compassionately behind the scenes. With a background in media production and storytelling, Jeffrey brings a creative lens and organizational rigor to his administrative work, making space for clients and clinicians alike to focus on what matters most: healing and connection.
Originally from Sacramento, California, Jeffrey studied filmmaking at California Lutheran University before relocating to Los Angeles, where he has worked as a video editor, screenwriter, and creative collaborator. He now applies his storytelling instincts and deep care for people to the mental health field, with a particular passion for supporting those who feel like outsiders. Whether it’s coordinating care or building systems that make people feel seen and supported, Jeffrey is committed to making therapy more accessible, affirming, and welcoming to all.
He’s also an Eagle Scout, a Taurus, and a lifelong lover of stories in all forms, from stage productions to serialized podcasts. When not wrangling schedules or spreadsheets, he can be found hiking, reading, or curating the perfect music playlist. His work is grounded in a simple belief: everyone deserves a place to belong — and a little humor never hurts.
